There are cows that produce casein A2 but to find out if they do, they must be genetically tested. There are 2 types of protein in milk, casein and whey. If you are sensitive to casein, you may do fine with a whey protein powder because there won’t be any casein present in it. Another Great option would be my collagen protein!
